Grilled Chicken is a very popular recipe made with chicken, hung curd and spices like cumin powder and black pepper. It is a perfect chicken recipe for a quick meal and will be loved by everyone for its amazing flavours.
INGREDIENTS
2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
3-4 crushed garlic cloves
5 boneless chicken breasts
HOW TO PREPARE
1 In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic.
2 Place chicken breasts into a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken.
3 Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
Heat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat, about 400 degrees.
4 Grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
5 Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve grilled chicken with juice or any drink of your choice!!!
