This banana, orange and pineapple smoothie is quick and easy to make, and it's really nice!
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks
2 peeled bananas
1 peeled orange
1 cup of ice
1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth, then serve immediately. Add in a few tablespoons of water or juice if blender is difficult to blend.
Enjoy your smoothie!!!
