Sandwiches are quick and easy to make and does not require much cooking expertise.
Club sandwiches are served in hotels or on flights, but you can easily make them at home by yourself. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack or even pack it up for your kids to snack at school.
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread
1 Sardine
1 fresh chopped tomato
2 or 3 hardboiled eggs – chopped
1 grated carrot
A small cabbage
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
HOW TO PREPARE SANDWICH
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, vegetables and eggs together.
In another bowl mash the sardines well and mix with butter
Spread the sardine mix on one side of bread
Spread the mayonnaise mix on another bread slice.
Fill up all slices of bread with mixtures
Cut your sandwich into your desired shape.
Enjoy your sandwich with a favorite drink
