Sandwiches are quick and easy to make and does not require much cooking expertise.  Club sandwiches are served in hotels or on flights, but you can easily make them at home by yourself. You can eat this for breakfast, as a snack or even pack it up for your kids to snack at school. INGREDIENTS 4 slices of bread  1 Sardine 1 fresh chopped tomato  2 or 3 hardboiled eggs – chopped 1 grated carrot  A small cabbage 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons mayonnaise HOW TO PREPARE SANDWICH In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, vegetables and eggs together. In another bowl mash the sardines well and mix with butter  Spread the sardine mix on one side of bread  Spread the mayonnaise mix on another bread slice.  Fill up all slices of bread with mixtures Cut your sandwich into your desired shape. This banana, orange and pineapple smoothie is quick and easy to make, and it's really nice! Ingredients 2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks 2 peeled bananas 1 peeled orange 1 cup of ice 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed Instructions Combine all ingredients in a blender   Blend until smooth, then serve immediately.  Add in a few tablespoons of water or juice if blender is difficult to blend. Here's a simple recipe to prepare spring roll   Ingredients: 1 250 grams minced chicken breast  250g cabbage, finely shredded/grated 4 medium sized grated carrot 100ml Chicken stock 1 green bell pepper A handful of green peas 1 small onion Spices (stock cubes, curry, black pepper) Vegetable oil for frying 15 Spring roll wrappers 1 tablespoonful of flour 3 tablespoonful of  cool water How to prepare 1.  Place the grated cabbage into a pot, add the chicken stock and salt to taste and boil until the cabbage is tender.  2.  Add the grated carrots and the green peas and simmer until the carrots are tender.
